Welcome to the SWCTA Coyote Web Store!
SWCTA is very excited to introduce the Coyote Web Store to students, parents, guardians and the community. This online store allows parents and students to easily and securely purchase student items, pay for student activities and student obligations, (course fees) via the internet. SWCTA personnel will also keep everyone updated as new items are posted to the store, so worries about deadlines and non communications disappear.
As a SWCTA student a Web Store account has already been established. Log into your account with the following:
= Student ID number
Password = first initial and last name – no spaces and all lower case letters. If there is a hyphen, space or roman numerals included in your name, those would be included in your password as well.
John Smith = jsmith
Emily Chan-Norris = echan-norris
Vanessa Del Rosario = vdel rosario
Michael Hudson II = mhudson ii
Parents & Guardians:
Parents & guardians can log in as their child to buy items on their account. However, if multiple children attend SWCTA, it is HIGHLY recommended that parents and guardians create their own account on our Web Store and assign each child to their personal account. This will allow parents and guardians to purchase all of their school items together in 1 transaction. For specific instructions on how to create an individual account and assign each student, please click on the Quick Start Guide on the left side of the Web Store homepage.
Community members will need to create their own account using their own username and password. For specific instructions on how to create an account and assign students, please click on the Quick Start Guide on the left side of the Web Store homepage. All that is needed to set up an account is the billing address and email address.
The SWCTA Web Store allows only unique email addresses to be stored in the system. If multiple students attend SWCTA, purchases for each student will not allow the use of the same email address. Therefore, it is recommended that parents or guardians create their own account and assign each student to that account. This procedure will allow each student to be attached to your unique email address
Forgot Your Username/Password?
After successful set-up and completion of the account along with entry of a valid email address, if a user name or password is forgotten, the user can use the “Forgot your Username” or “Forgot Your Password” links on the homepage of the Web Store. These links are located directly above the Username and Password text boxes on the left side of the homepage under the Login box. Please enter a valid email address to receive instructions on how to reset a password and an email notification will be forwarded confirming the valid Username.
After purchasing online items, a confirming email outlining items purchased will automatically be forwarded. Please bring the confirming email along with Student ID to the applicable class, club or department so items may be obtained or confirmed.
Processing fees are visible and separated on Web Store items. This is because SWCTA is charged a transaction fee from a broker to handle credit and debit card purchases. Processing fees are passed directly to the broker. Processing fees can be avoided by directly purchasing items at the school Banking Office. Personal checks and cash may be used to avoid processing fees.
Transaction fees are non-refundable and any online purchases will not be credited back to your credit or debit card. All refunds are handled directly through the SWCTA Banking Office. Please bring your confirmation email and your student ID directly to the Banking Office and any detailed information supporting a refund. Due to refund policy, please take proper precaution when purchasing online items to ensure that all items purchased are correct. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CLICKING THE ORDER SUBMIT BUTTON MULITPLE TIMES!
SWCTA is very proud of its online store and encourages everyone to create an account as soon as possible. Questions on how to login to the store can be answered by clicking the Quick Start Guide for more detailed instructions on how to setup an account or log in as a student, parent, guardian, faculty and staff or members of the general public. Any other questions, suggestions or comments can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 702/799-5766 at extension 4044.
Thank you for your continued support!
